As an employer we know there are challenges in recruiting qualified staff to work in Early Childhood settings. The way you craft your posting can make a difference in your recruitment efforts. The more detail that is listed in the posting the more likely it is to attract potential candidates.
If you already have a typed job posting you can cut and paste the information into the Job Posting Form (below).
- The employer is responsible for the accuracy of the content of the job posting.
- A job posting may be cancelled only if we receive a request for cancellation before the job posting is placed on the website.
- We do not accept job postings for nannies, casual babysitting or other in child's home care.
- Only jobs that have been submitted through our website are posted on our office bulletin board.
All job postings will be reviewed by Westcoast prior to inclusion on our website. Please allow up to 3 working days for the job to appear on this site.
There are two types of postings to consider:
To post one job on our website it is $70.00 for a period of 28 days.
The job posting may be extended for an additional 14 days at a cost of $25.00.
A standing posting is suited for ongoing recruitment of substitutes and casual staff. A standing posting remains unchanged for a period of 6 months (180 days) and costs $300 payable in two installments; $150 upon posting and the second installment of $150 after 90 days.
Note: Once posted, any change constitutes a new posting and will be billed as such.
Once the job posting has been accepted by Westcoast, and included on our website, an invoice will be sent to the employer, to be paid upon receipt. More billing details are on the Job Posting Form (below).
